What is up with arnold schwarzenegger's Health

Any of you guys have any inside info to whats up with Arnold...I remember a few years back he had some heart problem and now today he was in the hospital for having a fast heart rate..Are the Roids he did in the 70'-90's coming back to haunt him? I thought his cycles were real weak compaired to what the pros take today..

The reason I ask is I like most everyone else on here love the juice..Usually Test,Deca,Winny and Anavar...I am 5'9 205 31yrs old...I do notice everytime I cycle my blood pressure is around 145 over 90 and resting heart rate around 85..At times My pressure has been 155 over 100 with a pulse in the mid 90's...And that is with taking blood pressure medication DIOVAN Hct 80mg/12.5...I think I am going to go to the doc and get a higher dosage....I dont want to jepordize my health but I just started my cycle 2 weeks ago and my blood pressure is already up..Only running 400mg week of Test and Deca and 10mg a day of Nolvadex...Is there a better blood pressure medication for my heart and pulse rate or should I just deal with it until I complete my cycle...I plan on being on Test for about 3 months and then I am going to just do a cutting cycle....

What do you guys think are the blood pressure and resting heart rates of some of the top pro's....Seeing the news on Arnold today got me thinking....Thanks in advance!!!!

im sure hes under a lotta stress with his governorship. but when ur popping dbols like water for sn extended time of ur life im sure its not going to help

there are 100's of reasons why his heart rate could have gone up
one of those is that he is 65 years old. Do people expect Arnold to live in and have perfect health, and when he dies at the age most people do "it was steroids"!!! Someone close this thread is retarded.

I have seen the same effects that you speak of. I am now 35 years old and do take a BP medicine that works quite well. Benicar 40mg tablets, one per day. I found that Benicar worked much better for me than the diovan. There are 2 sizes of the Benicar tabs, I take the larger one. As far as what is causing the tachycardia, I do not think the doctors really know for sure. I saw a cardiologist about it and had an echocardiogram done along with other tests. You might want to have those done, insurance pays for it. The tachycardia may be due to the increase in workload caused by the higher BP, since periphereal resistance is increased. The BP medicine seems to help alleviate some of the problems I have while on larger cycles, and just about eliminates problems while on milder AAS.

Thanks for the help!!!...Do you take the one with hctz or the one without???...Think I might ask the doc for the one with the 25mg of hctz to help with the water weight while I am on the test...Thanks again

Arnold's health is all fucked up. I'm not a Doctor but I can easily diagnose amnesia and brain damage. He forgot that he used steroids and now he is pushing everyone to pass laws to crack down on steroid users!!! He says that roids kills you and you deserve to live!!!
Next step is to ban creatine 'cause makes you bigger!!!

Yeah being that Arnold was juicing at the tender age of 15 doesnt help his heart problems now. These guys set the limits on juice so that the cycles of today can work better.

Im lucky my normal BP is actually 115/60 all the time haha and pulse sits at a 64, not bad huh.

Not trying to Flame you Ap282, and many people keep saying this..... What evidence is there that steroids will cause heart probs 50yrs later in your lifetime? Come on, we all have Grandparents, Great Aunts and Uncles..... As you age, and with the shitty diets people have, people develop heart problems..... Not saying Arnold has a shitty diet, but heart problems happen in people even if you do everything perfect.... Not only that, but Arnold's heart problem that he got surgery for was congential, developed at birth, not from steroids.... Doing steroids at a young age can screw up many things, but your heart in 50yrs? That's a pretty big stretch...

From what has been reported is that the increased heart rate was a normal occasional occurence after his valve surgery.

Just a couple of things...where are we getting the info that the 60's - 70's BB's did light dosages? I recall reading in Arnolds Encl of Modern BB where he implies usage of 200mg a day of Dbol...

Also, as I am sure many of you have noticed, the majority of healthy older guys, like over 60 years old, are thin as rails. The big ones or fat ones are the ones that either croak early or are contantly in ill health.

Finally, to the OP, your BP and resting pulse rate are way high, man...be careful with your gear usage, and get regular checkups...You don't want to regret having gained 10 pounds of muscle and end up dying 10 years to early.

i would do a couple of things instead of looking at BP medicine...first i would look at what you are eating, redmeat, french fries...second i would look at your lifestyle, are you running everyday, do you smoke or chew, do you have caffine daily, and are you stressed? third i would try some natural medicines like, garlic tablets, hawthorne, and buckwheat.

My tablet doesnt havethe hctz you speak of, I wasnt even aware of that. Just took my BP and it is 120/75 while being on 1.25g test/wk, 75mg/day tren, 750 mg/wk deca, 20mg dbol/day.

ALL PEOPLE have health problems as they age. Those of us that workout and eat healthy have less. That pisses me off. The minute a known steroid user has a problem that millions have at his age, the media will point to steroids as they shove another donut down their throat and suck on their cigarette...

I think his father die of Heart Problems too I'm not sure it might be genetic. And common now he is not 30 years old lol!!.

I got High BP too, but Im only taking 25mg Benicar... so the smaller one. It seems to be working well for me so I see no reason to up the dosage. As I head into my cycle I will monitor that as well as the stimulants.
mts is right about so many things that can impact your BP and health. I would be the first to admit I ingest WAY TOO MUCH caffeine, red bull, and other drinks. That was the first thing I put in check.... just my 2 cents worth!

Yeah, coffee was all over the news not too long ago. They said caffein half life is like 12hrs or something.

He's feeling the fear of Tookie.
90% of the guys on here are probably too busy figuring out their budget for their next cycle to pay attention to current events. Anyway-Ah-nold currently carries the burden of being the final decision in whether or not the founder of The Crips gets executed or not this coming Tuesday. I know my heart would be racing knowing that this decision could make or break his already sketchy political career.

Here's the link.

Well, for one Arnold is not 65 years old. I think he is 57 or 58 at the oldest. He was 54 when he filmed T3.

And as others have already put, Arnold could have had a high heart rate for any number of reasons.

Not to mention that his policies got shut down and OWNED at the polls just about a month ago.

Like I said in another thread, he's going to piss someone off no matter what he does.

Trying to be an ultra-conservative while married to a Kennedy has to be rough, too.

He is 56years old. not 65 :)

Seriously. He's 65 years old and probably working 60-hour weeks as the head of the 7th largest economy in the world*. Give the guy a break.

i would like to know one thing and i think arnold's health is just that he is a 65 year old man who had a heart defect nothing more. i would like to know though is there proof that bp is elevated only during the cycle and will always come back down. i always had perfect bp and after my first cycle it was fine but i want to know if it is a fact that it will come down after each cycle.

first off, it is common knowledge that arnie's heart problems were congenital, he was born that way.
second off, there is no way in hell you can call his cycles "mild" ,he took way more gear than most of us would ever dream of taking.
i'd say he's in pretty god damn good shape considering.

Get with it for F*!@ sake, he doesn't have much of an option considering he is a republican and so is bush...get it? Don't confuse politics with reality pal. Don't mean to flame ya , just tired of hearing this sorta thing.

arnold is such an icon it is amazing ...

besides keeping e levels low, and watchin your diet and sodium intakes, taurine 4-6 grams/day can help with the tachycardia and bp issues

Wel guys..I thanks you all for your input..I have made a appt for a Cardiologist for the end of the month...Hope fully I can get my blood pressure to bo higher then 175/75..With a resting heart rate in the 70's would be nice....

Also one question no one had answered..What kind of blood pressure and resting heart rate do you thin some of the top pros have????????

I Mean dam look at Jay Cutler,Lee Priest,Colman etc...Those are some massive dudes....Always had thoughts when I was younger of competing on a big time basis but I dont think can handle all the drug use...Thanks agiain

So you think arnold is gonna say go ahead with the execution eh?

They should settle it...

Arnold vs. Tookie in a cagematch to the death (like in Thunderdome).

That would be awesome!

i dont think it had to do with AAS and it is disrespectful to think such a thing it may have to do with all the steak and eggs and cheesescake but ARNOLD IS THE MAN PERIOD!!!!!!!!

His cycles were not weak bro, thatrs for sure..he popped DBOL like it was candy,,

BUT, steroids do increase the age of your cardiovascular system. SDo you raise a valid question

How could he pop D-bols like they were candy and still stay lean???

What other Roids were the Pro's using back in the 70's???

To me I think the guys in the 70's and early 80's look better then the guys today..I mean its looks cool to be a freak like the Pro's today but I think it has gotten a little out of hand...Today Arnold wouldnt be able to be in the same stage much less the same building of the pros today..The lower end pros today are much bigger then him...

I witnessed a lot back then.

dbol was the standard and the dosages were light... 6 mg ed. Guys never thought there was any harm and the dosages went up. However ... side effects would put the brakes on a guy.

Some did ana. It was available for arthritis treatment. EOD ... a few mgs.

Then deca came along and guys did it ... alone. I never saw test back then.
The adventurous did dbol and deca together.

Then came stacks and the dosages went way up.
