What is this supp- Russian Red Harcore Kit??

just checking it out, new at supplement direct. what the hell is it?

have a look at the ingredients.
basically, ages old "russian herbs".
A few are good but NONE mentions how STANDARDIZED ( active % of main chemicals assayed ).
Then you get B vitamins ( yea, really a KGB secret )
Leucine
etc
I wouldn't buy it because no herb is good unless it's HPLC assayed.
A powdered herb costs 1/5 to 1/20 of a good standardized extract ( don't mistake CONCENTRATION for standardization. Concentration ( ex 20:1 ) means 1 pound of end product was made out of 20 pounds of raw material, yet the raw material could have been poor in chemicals because of poorly grown/harvested ).

yeah, I don't really know what 3/4 of the ingredients mean! thanks for the explanation though.
