What is the highest BF% you have started to bulk up?

My BF is approx. 15% right now. I am slimming down right now but I have been ill which is making it hard to stay on track. I was planning on doing a bulk cycle to add a little more mass and cut next year instead. But, like I said, I am roughly at 15%BF and am worried if that is too much BF to bulk with. I was planning on eating a low carb (300g,200g,150g and 100g cycled throughout the week) diet with high protein and moderate fat. I am curious to know what is the highest BF% you've had and what were the results. Too much fat gain which was hard to get rid of- or same fat gain which was the usual level of dificultness to get rid of.
 
I usually get to about 16-17percent and that is at my highest(winter)...i have to say Iam at my strongest when iam "healthier" looking
 
15% is fine, however it's based on the cycle you've choosen. In other words...Dbol/test/deca cycle at 15% bf equals pilsbury doe boy!
 
I like to bulk with 12 % or lower .

I am currently around 15 % and I am dieting to get to 12 % and start my cycle . My cycle will be 18 weeks total in which the first 6 will be bulking and the last 12 cutting .

Hammertime - I don't agree bro . If someone wants to bulk with test + dbol + deca , he can use aromasin to prevent any water retenttion ( considering they use low-moderate doses ) , dostinex to prevent any problems with deca , a clean diet + low sodium intake + 2-3 aerobics per week .

Follow this and you should pack on the lean mass and minimize if not even eliminate water retention and fat gain .

I have come to a conclusion that most people bloat when bulking because :

1- Their diet is not that good
2- High sodium intake ( because diet is not in check )
3- they don't use anti-e
4- They don't do any aerobics

Exactly which is usually the cause for bf shooting over 15% in the first damn place so again like I said...dbol/test/deca equals fat face!!! Look man...if people don't have the discipline to stay under 15% while off AAS...Then you are fooling yourself to believe that people will diet properly when on....Diet is the what you eat and how you eat it and should be consistent all year round!!! For waiting to cycle to eat properly is a bunch of bullshit!!!!

Personaly I eat pretty clean when OFF ( I usually stay at 12-15 % ) and when I am ON I eat ULTRA SUPER STRICLTY CLEAN , In fact I am just paranoid .

So , I CAN bulk with test + deca + dbol and I will not become a pilsbury doe boy!
