A amaze New member Jan 8, 2002 #13 bad form... sheesh the guys form on this site is a VERY bad example of "skull crushers" http://www.theministryoffitness.com/mof/library/anims/skullc.htm Its much better to keep your elblows "in" and concentrate the movement on your tri's!! That guys seems to be doing half "skullcrushers" half "short grip bench with ez bar". !!
