Yeah, I know. Been there, done that. Push too hard, fuck around and get some nasty cold, don't go for a week.

that's me right now. Been "under the weather" the last two weeks. Either sick (like right now) or sleep deprived.

Obviously, our own appreciation of what "fat" is is skewed. If you train, chances are you see EVERYDAY ripped people... Whereas "normal" peeps, will only see them once a year in the beach and they will quickly forget about it.

Most of us will get the tiresome "You dieting? AGAIN??? But if you look OK already"... that is the catch, I don't want to look OK, I want to look good, and not dressed, I want to look good naked too DAMN IT, actually I want to look better naked than dressed.

MOst people won't understand that as most won't understand how you can set a goak in terms of BF%... for the untrained eye, what is the big deal between 12%BF and 14% Bf? why do you need to diet for 12 weeks for something not everyone can notice?

Those who take it to the extreme, because of media and culture end up with eating disorders after they have warped their self-image so much

Hey, I'm gonna be in Louisiana for good by Sept. 1st and I am going to my nephews wedding on Oct 21st. in St. Petersburg. Is that anywhere near where you live? If so we could plan on getting together around that time. What do you think?
