The fattest that I have been is when I was in High School I wear a size 9 in jeans. 6 months later I wear a size 3 simply by exercising and proper diets.

I'm 5'9", 210 lbs, a 34" waist is kind of tight on me right now, and I'm close to 20%.

A year ago I was 207 lbs with a 30-31" waist depending on the pants at 7%.

I went to the gym a handful of times in the last year, got a fuggin stressful job where I pretty much sit all day, and was drinking waaaaay too much. 3rd day at the gym in a row today. Aside from being so sore I feel like I floated in a barrell over Niagra Falls, I feel fuggin sweet.

The fattest I've ever been is right now

JK, I was 5 pounds heavier a year ago, and I'm sure i've only gained muscle since then.

Me last year (as a sophomore) = In the middle of improving my endurance and fitness, but at my fattest.

Now I better do some serious stepping up. At this rate, my metabolism will slow down before I lose any more fat! LOL.
