I got up to 230lbs (at 5'11") this last December. I gained over 30 lbs in about 6 months, due to being out of the gym from injuries and laziness. Also tons of drinking durign that time. I lost the little LBM that I had gained over the last year. I'm down about 17 Lbs. since, going for 40 lbs in 40 weeks over all.
