160!!
I was on BCP in college (forgot the year). One night (@ 3am), I made some fried chicken and lima beans. I knew then I had a problem. Yes, it was 1996. I hit the gym hard, got off the BCPs, and measured everything I ate. Lost 20-something lbs.
Then I got up to 149 (BC patch, stress, and eating a high carb diet due to running). Now, I'm down to 132 (w/ more muscle than any other time I've been at this weight).
I will never do BCPs ever again. Also, I will manage my stress better.
