What is the difference....

between making fina with pellets and making with powder? As I always see people selling there fina "made from powder" which is supposedly so much higher quality than pellets?? But is it really??

Not quite sure if there's a big difference but the powder doesn't have all the fillers the pellets have.......the fillers get weeded out after the process anyways.
