What do you guys think 50mg once a day or 25mg twice a day. For me it depends on how many workouts I will get that day. If I get 2 workouts then I take 25mg twice a day. If I get 1 workout then I go ahead and take 50mg. If I take an off day then I take 25mg twice a day. Let me hear everyone's voice. I want a consensus not just a couple of opinions. Tell me about your experiences also.
