What is the consensus on dbol???

What do you guys think 50mg once a day or 25mg twice a day. For me it depends on how many workouts I will get that day. If I get 2 workouts then I take 25mg twice a day. If I get 1 workout then I go ahead and take 50mg. If I take an off day then I take 25mg twice a day. Let me hear everyone's voice. I want a consensus not just a couple of opinions. Tell me about your experiences also.

well first off your training times and training split have absolutely nothing to do with the timing of taking your dball bro........taking dball right before you work out makes absolutely no difference.....its best to split up the dball as much as you can throughout the day, if you ahve 25mg tabs take them twice per day, if you have 5mg tabs split them up overy three hours or so.......
 
I've tried splitting it up, and taking it all at once......for me.....I saw no difference....so obviously I take it all at once. I highly doubt you will see any difference. Diet, rest and Training are much more important than the timing IMO.

I agree With you here; Splitting it up will help to keep the blood levels stable (Since the half life of Dbol is 8 hours). You might not feel a difference betweeen splitting it up and taking it all at once but blood levels are not something that you can feel.

Split your dbol intake into AM and mid PM.

i see a difference if split up. if i take all at once i get a headache. i like to have a few in my pocket while at the gym. i had russian 5mgs so i would take 8 a day. 2 with breakfast. 2 with lunch, then i'd take two before i went into the gym, two while i was working out. i got this idea from outlaw. i was not impressed with dbol to be honest. it gave me headaches and skyrocketed my bp. tbol treats me much better. i get better strength gains and no sides at all
 
No need to split them up more than 2x/day. Ive done them all kinds of ways, and saw no difference in either method. But 2x/day seems to be the most popular..

Im going to start taking them to kick off a test cycle. I was thinking about taking 30mg a day 10mg with breakfast and 20mg when I work out at 600pm. Do you guys see a difference between 30mg and 50mg.
 
if i am taking about 30mgs i will take them all at once but 50 i will spilt because of the pump in my back get pretty bad but that is the only reason
 
i just got done taking dbol weeks 4-8 of a 12 week test cycle. i started off on 50 mg but the BP got pretty shitty. so i dropped down to 25mg. made insane strength gains, bench went up 50 pounds. no shit. i was holding a ton of water though and my ankles got very swollen

the back pumps are pretty bad but I was getting them just from the omna before I started the dbol.
 
I take 20 mgs twice a day, once when I eat breakfast and once in the afternoon, I get a headache if I take all at once.

I agree - I take 60mg/day - split into two doses
