I am just starting to work out again after 2 years......i am really fat now,but i was woundiring what is the best thing to help me loose weight legal or illegal that can drop weight FAST i want to loose about 65 lbs i am 5'7 218lbs i think that is i loose about 65 lbs i will have enough weight left over to tone up with. Can anyone help?

also i am using ephedra rite now, what how much should i take in mgs?and where can i get these wait loss pills from?

clen/t3 have been total letdowns for me. They did didly squat. DNP worked a bit, but the sides were just way too unbearable.

ephedra gives me a headache.

so best weight loss that's always worked for -- build muscle with gear.

there really is no best pill.
it's really all diet, exercise and time.

i would keep all the pills (clen, any stack, etc) for when your best diet and exercise habits plateau in results.

Ephedrine. You can buy it over the counter with your aspirin and caffeine.
Clenbuterol is good, but the best bang for your buck is Ephedra products.

Phentermine for meds you can get with some ease. A good ECA or ECY stack for totally legal. And for the strongest stimulant/appetite suppresant, but totally illegal... ritalin/dexedrine/adderall. Just amphetamines. GOD will they work, but if you're not careful they can do more harm than good b/c you won't be hungry enough to even eat your good proteins, and also they're quite addictive when used continuously. I still wish I could find them though, a few adderall XR are great for the last few weeks of a diet!

When ever I need to lose weight quickly the Atkins diet works for me everytime. I wouldn't recomend staying on it year round but to lose fat quickly it works for me. Do it between cycles or on Primo. Ephedrine makes it work even better.
