I know I should use more winny, but Dont have any, all I have access to is Deca, anybody use it alone for a cutting cycle, how much did you use and what did you do diet and training wise. Thanks
300-400mg/week for 10 weeks would be good. Diet and Cardio will help cut you up and the Deca will help preserve muscle while on a low cal diet and while your doing larger amounts of cardio. You could even throw in an E/C/A stack in there to help with the fat loss.
