Ok guys...................the best way is to do morning cardio on an empty stomach after a 10-12 hr fast after sleeping , this causes the body to dip into those fat stores to burn for fuel. throw in a thermo agent like thermorexin or cardio breeze (AF Store)and you are rocking,eating several small servings thruout the day will keep your metabolism up and keep burning fat,a clean diet plays a role also .
and don't forget to train, muscle replaces fat.
I would try that before resorting to more extreme measures.
