My fav for bulking is Nlarge whey protien chocolate I mix 4 scoops with 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 banana and 2 tbls of peanut butter and breakfast is served. Gives me around 1100 cals 60 grams of protien, 100 grams of carbs and 15 grams of fat.
For cutting I love Max Pro by Muscle Max it has 40 grams of protein in 1 scoop and only 1 carb the strawberry or the banana is great!!! Later L2L
