What is the best stack for gaining mass and dropping weight.

I know it's kind of an oxymoron but unfortunately I have the slower fat burning type metabolism that most of us are plagued with. I've been working out on and off for about 10 years and really cracked down the last 2 years, working out religiously 5 days a week. I'm semi satisfied with my results thus far, it just I've really have had a tough time losing body fat and putting on the mass I anticipated. I now understand that it takes time and dedication to really transform a out of shape body into a beach body but I now feel I'm ready to up my game a bit.

I started out about 235lbs and now weigh 210lbs. I definitely can tell a difference with my before and after pictures/new to old clothes but now I'm really looking to see some results. My goal is to get down to about 190-200lbs and replace most of my body fat with muscle.

In the last year I stacked anavar and test for 10weeks and then anavar test and clen for 12 weeks.
( Unfortunately me and my 3 friends that cycled together didn't see any to minimum results, but that was due to our BS, unreliable gear source)

I would really appreciate any experienced advice on what I should stack and what I should do to get to my goal.
 
If clen didn't help cut that extra fat out, it was probably bunk. Test and Var is a great cycle. However, what you're describing is surely tren, like Nelson said.
 
I'd like to thank everyone for their advice. It kind of sounds like tren would be my best bet. Would anyone be able to tell me a good stack, pct, mg, duration, brand ect. with tren.
 
test prop 100 mg/eod 1-8
tren ace 37.5mg/ed 1-8
winstrol 75mg/ed oral 2-8

works great from what i have read. and experimented with... oral winstrol is better in increases igf-1 tons more than injectable.. but you can run the injectable longer.
 
this is my next cycle

1-10 test e 600mgs every week
1-10 tren e 400mgs ever week
6-10 oral winstrol 30-50mgs ed
 
I do appreciate the advice I've been given but are there any other suggestions on a tren stack? Also what about pct for tren cycle?
 
Tren,test and anavar is good with some low dose T-3 and clen. Or sub the a-var with T-bol. Just keep in check with your pct(anti estros and anti prolactin) and you will be good to go. I never go less than 12 weeks usually 16+. But thats me. It will work. Tren is seriously the real deal with body recomp abilities.
 
How about stacking a great diet with lots of hard work? What are you eating? Do you cheat your diet daily? How about hard work in the gym? Lots of cardio?

Let me guess...all of that is spot on, right? It always is. Everyone who posts on here always has their diet and workout 100% dialed in. I mean you'd think they were Ronnie or Jay by the way they eat and train religiously (according to them anyway). So it must be the gear, right? Everything you had was bunk. Bunk test, bunk var, bunk clen. You went from 235 to 210 and you had no results from your gear? You sure?

Ceo, I'd be the first to say my diet has not been 100% dialed in. As far as Training I feel I'm in pretty good shoes. But like anything else there is always room for improvement and Im currently getting some advice on that now.

Over the last 2 years I feel like I've been slowly getting to where I'm trying to be with my body. it just I'm looking to break the "plateau" i feel I've hit. In response to my experience with gear I've used in last 2 cycles, I think var was legit and only incorporated it a small portion of last 2 years(with only few lbs lost throughout cycles) so I do not give much credit to var. The other Gym candy was BUNK. Is what it is.

I have and am going to be working with a nutritionist very soon to tune my diet up. I'm just looking for that extra oomph I will receive with the correct gear.

Thank you for trying to help me straighten out the fundamentals but im in the process of tuning them up now.
I see You've been a member for 10 years, what helpful advice can you give me on a tren cycle that I haven't already received?
 
500 mgs of sust weekly for 12-16 weeks. 200-400mgs of tren eth weeks 6 thru 12. run the sust at least two weeks past the tren......nolva. 20/20/10/10..., clomid 40/40/20/20/ hcg 500 mgs eod for 2 weeks 10 days after last pin
 
Best stack is dialing in your diet and exercise plan. AAS is just icing on the cake and only aids the former.
