What is the best PCT

Well I have decided that for my first cycle I will use
week 1-12..........sustanon at 250mg per week
week 1-6...........dianabol at 30mg per day

This will be my first cycle and for PCT I was thinking
week 1-3........novaldex 20mg a day

Should I add anything else to my PCT like arimedex or HCG?

assuming long esters used:

1 week after last shot
HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 2000 ius Every 4th Day with an aromatase inhibitor
do this for 3-4 shots

Drop the HCG - continue with
Clomid at 50 mgs a day along with an aromatase inhibitor for another 3-4 weeks

Blood Tests after.

As far as Supplements you need Recovery, Energy, and Phosphate loading:

Hormonally, supplement-wise, you need MyoGenX and Unleashed after a cycle, at the very least, especially if you aren't using a traditional pharmaceutical PCT - post cycle therapy - .
