what is the best "First" cycle?

greetings, I am a 21 year old male, 185lb, 9%bf, been lifting for aprox 4-5 years, I get at least 250-300g protien ed, and i eat around 3500-4000 cal ed.
my question is this, what would be the best cycle to begin with. I am looking to gain around 20-30lbs, in under 12 weeks (if posible) and stay around 8-10%bf. I have heard that a stack of something like: Deca, Dbol, and Test will give me good results, but i would like your sujestions. I have around $600 to play with. Any info would be apreciated, including doseage, how long to take what, what kind of PCT i would need, how long to run that, ect. Thanks in advance.

I would save your $600 up until you were 24-25 yrs old, or stopped making progressive gains in the gym....alot of others will tell you the same..
 
If you are going to do it though, a test/deca combo would be a good stack. But a lot of the bros on here will tell you to run test only first, that way you'll know if your suceptable gyno from test. If you do deca/test straight up, you wont know whether its eastrogen (test) or proestrogen (deca) that is causing the gyno, and therefore you wont know what to treat it with nolva for east. dostinex for proeast.

Dbol could be used to kick start the gains for weeks 1-4, but again, its best to keep your first cycle simple.

If you go with a test cycle, you will need clomid and nolvadex for PCT and in case you getting itchy nipples.

PCT start time will depend on the gear you use but its usually 2-3 weeks after last shot.

Im gonna run a similar cycle for my next one

1-4 Dbol
1-12 systonon 500mg EW
1-12 Deca 400mg EW

Its up to you bro, you ll probably be able to make gains naturally but did my first cycle at 21 so im not gonna preach too much.

Ill save that for the next post off a 17 year old wanting to know what first cycle to run!

lets me see if i can do this....the first pic was just working out a little bit. i know i should have made more gains naturally, but im 32 so fuck it...now if i were 20 i wouldnt, and didnt even concider gear.

imma try and attatch a before first ever cycle then a pic of me 25 lbs heavier and leaner after a btg var only cycle BTW this was 3 months after first cycle....i kept pretty much all of that cycle too!

BTW my puffy nips was from gyno as a teen...in the first pic they were hard( i think) this is the first time i showed myself here so be honest, but take it easy i was never out to be a pro, i just wanted a better body!

maybe something simple like this
test 300mg/week 1-10
boldenone 300mg/week 1-10
nolva 10mg/day 1-16
some hcg 2 weeks after your last shot
and clomid
optionally dbol 25-30mg/day 1-5
