Brother, I don't know what type of hallucinogenic concoction you are sipping on, but you are wrong.

Rza has some of the DEEPEST, WIZES, most POWER, most INTELLIGENT, Motivational and INSPIRATIONAL poems known to man.

His untouchable rhyme skills are UNSURPASSED.

He is the GREATEST hip-hop poet who has EVER gripped a Mic.

His balance of original Rugged Harmony mixed with Lyrics that produce immense passion and spark the mind with thoughts of all levels including Love, Rage, Peace, and Struggle cannot be compared to ANY rapper who has EVER spoken.

I say these words with utmost confidence.

I am not going to expend another atom of a calorie to even dispute these obvious Facts any longer.

Done.

I'd have to say mudvayne and slipknot, meshugga is really fucking good to for workouts. But if I want a really intense workout, i listen to backstreet or nsync, listening to that faggot ass horse shit makes me all sorts of violent and agressive. Death to all boy bands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recommend TOOL, STATIC X, POWERMAN 5000, SOME METALLICA, AND TECHNO...not trance but house beats...techno is a good way to boost the mind while training

danzig:
"its coming down"
"how the gods kill"
"snakes of christ"

samhain:
"all hell"
"halloween 2"

misfits:
"we bite"
"where eagles dare"

my gym doesn't play any alternative or rock. Mainly hip-hop, techno, and slow jams. Yes unbelievably yes they play friggin slow jams. You're trying to get pumped sometimes and i have to listen to that crap, it's the worst. IMO anything w/ a fast beat will work for me doesn't matter whose singing. Just not slow jams, i hate my gym sometimes for that reason.
