What is my bodyfat?

I know I need to go to the tank, but just curious what I look like. I think I am about 14-15% right now. Working on cutting, have gotten a strict diet and am going the clean route right now (vpx redline + yohimburn + maybe add some clen). I lift 3 nights a week, do cardio every morning on an empty stomach, and 3 nights a week. 5'10, 182 and want to be 7% (once I get there going on test/tren bulker).

Copy and paste the URL into your browser, don't click it from the elitefitness website. I think imageshack banned anyone from hotlinking from EF. To me it looke rather high, I'd say atleast 13-15%.

I dont think hes that big at all.....He is a small guy--there isn't that much fat there to lose......I'd say 14 is pretty accurate..

14% bf? I dont think he is that low :o....He IS sucking in his gut...
Also, there is very little muscle separation going on :o

But with some hard work and dedication he will come around :)
 
Here is a frontal shot. I think I'm more like 17% actually. I look like shit.

I actually want to be "small," well at least relatively. I did gear 3-4 years ago and then quit and had years up until now where I was clean and not lifting at all. But when I was bigger and more cut I just looked way too bulky. At 200lbs and 12%, I looked fat since I am only around 5'9 and have a very small frame (short arms/torso). Going to stay clean until I get to 7-8% and 180, it will take a loooooong time, maybe 1 year.

Well since I went about 2 years with none/sporatic training, I would say the last 6 months have been about a B- for me in terms of frequency (started going to the gym again this past winter, before that was very bad about it for like 1-2 years....f'in law school). My gear and hard training days were about 3 years ago. I know I need to stay clean now and I am hitting the gym everyday now.
 
You should be able to make GREAT gains naturally for atleast a few more years, imo...

I hope you dont jump right back into a cycle...But often times guys do :(

Get your training and diet in order and set some goals to achieve naturally FIRST :).
I would like to see EVERYONE wait until they cant make anymore gains naturally before turning to steroids...(though I dont think that happens very often anymore :()
