I dont do flat bar work for bench, only dumbells
I normally start my chest workout with incline db's at about a 30degree angle.
I can currently do 100s for a full 7 reps. I get a push up to start and then finish out 7 reps (i dont count the first as a rep because someone helped push me up).
I dont bring the db's all the way down to my chest, if i was laying flat i would go to my arms just below parallel to the floor.
Anyone have an idea what my max should be on flat bench? i dont really care that much but i am kind of interested.
