1 - Age: 38
2 - Lifting History: I've just puchased a studio 5 gym set, i've been working out for a week, started of lite on Bench 3 sets of 12/80lbs a week ago. Now pushin 130, 140, and 150lbs.
My last work out was three years ago for about 3months before that i've been on and off since i was 16yrs old.
My longest cycle was 8 months sraight when i was locked up in youth training centre at the age of 18yrs.
3 - Height: 6ft 2in
4 - Weight: 210lbs
5 - Estimated BF%: 2inches around the guts and love handles, about an inch on the butt, pecs and inside of thighs. The rest of the body's got about an 1/8th of an inch.
6 - Diet: Bacon+eggs, bananas, peaches, fruit, salami, swiss cheese, Beef, lamb, chicken, vegies, and vodka.
7 - Goals: My number 1 goal is to make my six pack (abs) visible, I know they're there but i've got this permanent natural kidney belt (fat) bloking the view of all the georgeous aussie chicks out there, goal number 2 is to wack on the beef and look like arnold,
8 - Proposed cycle: I do sets of 3/12, 10, and then 8 increasing the weight on each set doing 2 different sets of exercises every second day: day 1 i do lat pull back, lat pull front, crunches, preacher curls, fore arm curls, rear deltoids, bench row, bent over row, sholder shrugs, upright row, low pulley row & bicep curl. On the second day i do Bench press, military press, butterfly, leg extensions, crunches, leg curls, tricep extensions, side kicks, back kicks, and heel raise. I'm not sure wich cycle is best for me, I mainly want to get rid of the flab while i'm buildin & don't mind spendin a little extra dosh to get cycle that works best and quickest.
