Nothing I have used = to the strength Fina gave me (even though I was on a loe cal diet) so Fina gets my vote hands down

i agree with mustang...if i had to choose fina gives the best strength gains although sus worked well for me too

never experienced fina, although it looks like i might consider using it.....i liked halo alot for strength as well.

i usually dont get a hell of alot of strength increase off of fina, mostly size, but i gained 110 pounds on my bench press using just cytahoh sust 250mg a week.
