What Is A Good First Cycle!!!!!!!!

I am pretty new to the iron game. I have been lifting weights for about a month now. After about a year of natural training in the gym I wanted to do my first cycle. And I wanted to start ordering some of my AS right now. My stats are 22 years old 6'2" 180 pounds 10% bodyfat. What would be a good first cycle?

I would definitely eat a hell of a lot more and focus on compound movements before taking any AAS. Especially if you've only been lifitng for a month.
 
Not to burst your bubble bro, but come back after couple of years of pushing yourself to the limit. Your muscles don't even know what the pain and growth are all about.

I don't get it. You say that your're new to the iron game and that you've been lifting for about a month. Then you say you've been training in the gym naturally for about a year. Well, which one is it?? If you've pushed your natural genetics to the limit and you've hit a plateau then and only then would I recommend the following:

Solid first cycle:

Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ
Week 1 to 10: 250mg of Test (single ester like test enan or test cyp)
Week 13 to 15: Clomid Therapy*

*Clomid therapy: 36 pills. 300mg day 1, 100mg next 10, 50mg final 10.

This will yield solid results. Depending on diet, training, and genetics, this cycle should yield anywhere form 15-25lbs to a first time gear user.
 
if you don't build a solid foundation to prepair for all that muscle then prepair yourself for the injuries you will get before your body is ready! The gung ho attitude does it every time!
