You pay for them to process the egg whites into a powder

I think the calories issue of egg yolk are majorly overplayed....

yeah i get that. but its hard for me to eat eggs during the day at work. plus i work out then go back to work and i need a shake for after workout. i still eat eggs in the morning.

Protein Factory has good custom mixes, egg whites, yolk powder and whole organic egg powder as well.

Or ideally, just toss some raw eggs down! Natures fast food.
