What is a good cycle for MMA

i'm about 6'1" 210lbs right now. Not chcuky by any means but definetely not in fighting shape. After training and working hard for a fight, I'd probably be down around 195. I'd like to rather be sucking down to about 205. What is a good cycle for someone doing MMA and NHB fighting. I've read alot of contradicting stuff out there and need some clarification.
 
I train Muay Thai and had luck w/ Mastabol & Win together. I went from 245'ish to 218 and added a lot of strength and speed. My endurance was also way up.

what about test prop. and winny? I'm not sure if i have access to mastabol.
 
After doing a lot of research this is what i think my cycle will look like so far:

Week 1
50 mg test prop x 4 times = 200mg
50 mg eq prop x 4 times = 200 mg
50 mg winstrol x 4 times= 200 mg

week 2-8 (or 10)
50 mg test prop x 3 times = 150mg
50 mg eq prop x 3 times = 150 mg
50 mg winstrol x 3times= 150 mg

please feel free to critique.

Winny is kinda tough on the joints, not really ideal for fighting or grappling. I would run Test+Var instead if you can afford it.

I would take the test at 100 mx every 4 days - maybe 150 mg but I do not know your stats - there are a TON of people on this site that know a whole hell of a lot more than me - best place to ask for cycle is the steroid board or to search old posts - that seems to be peoples preference - I have only taken 2 cycles and about to undergo numero 3. Im taking Test Cyp 200, Test Enan 250, and EQ. 125 - Ill do a 1CC a week of each but haven't figured out my split yet - I like every few days thought - winny is taken EOD and for 12 weks I think - that is how I did it my first cylce- basically Winny only - #2 was winny and Mastabol and it was for 12 weeks - mastabol started 3 weeks in unfortunatly b/c it was WAY MO BETTA
 
if this is your first cycle do plenty of homework before starting anything. Your post doesn't include any PCT and that is a concern.

Test is a good base and will make you stronger but you can bloat and retain water.
EQ is good to help with cutting down and increasing strength
Deca is great on the joints but is detectible in your system for 18 months.
Tren is good but not for beginners.

Winnie is good for cutting and strength but harsh on yor lipid profile and joints.
Var is good for strength and lean gains.

Overall you need to get your diet in check with your training and you should grow naturally for a few years before messing with your body chemistry.
 
anavar would be good choice if you don't want to go up a weight class. great strength gains and not too much weight/muscle gains
 
The usual weekly baseline dosages for these substances that you mentioned are:

Testosterone-250 mg.
EQ- 300 mg.
Winstrol- 50 mg. every day

Anything less than this you'll probably be wasting money.

Winstrol usually isn't run for more than 4 weeks due to liver toxicity. EQ more normally at least 12 weeks as it takes longer to kick in.

For a first cycle, it's usually best to keep it simple- effectively meaning run the test for 8-10 weeks. If you want to try the Winny do it on the back-end.
As was pointed out, anavar may be easier on the joints than Winstrol, though more expensive. If losing weight is your concern with the oral, I would just stick with the test, which will help lean you out also, and add in a quality thermogenic like Thermorexin or StimulentX


1392477 has the best idea though. Do some research starting at the Steroids Forum and be sure to include a plan for PCT (post cycle therapy). PCT is important not just from a health standpoint but you can lose most of your quality gains as well if your body isn't able to cope with the sudden change.
 
what about deca? ( this is not a suggestion i dont have a clue what would be a good cycle, i was just wandering if Deca would be good to take if your a fighter (mma))

This is the problem many will have with deca. Unlike bodybuilding, extra weight is only desirable in as far as it can be found useful for other things. It will help for maximal strength, but may interfere with a fighter's mobility and ability to generate repeated explosive bursts of power over short periods of time.

Then of, course, there's weight class to consider. MMA requires a high degree of relative strength- absolute strength/ body weight
 
Just lose the weight natty. Come a few weeks before your show run some Halo or Cheque drops... will increase strength, aggression, and focus incredibly.
 
for what you want Id do (depending on cash flow)
var 50-80mg ed with 50mg ed of proviron for 6-8 weeks
primo @400-as much as possable with proviron 50mg ed 8-10weeks
eq @500mg per weeks with proviron (yes I like proviron)for 12 weeks
tbol @50-80mg ed for 6 weeks
or
100mg of test prop eod with some form of ai(adex ect)8 weeks
