What is a good clen intake protocol?

what is a good dosage regiment of clen look like? 1 pill a day, 2 a day? When is it best to take them? Close to a workout or way before? Does taking it after 4 pm promote insomnia?

I train 6 days a week between weight lifting and my other sports.

I've been researching a lot and after lots of reading I turn to you guys for helping me sift through the information.

I read it can affect your heart and breathing but this is mostly with long term usage?

start w/ 20-40mcg/day, build yourself up. Its really what your body can handle. I wouldnt go over 200mcg!!!Take in the AM, shoot for the same time ED
 
Yes, actually it's imperative to use ECA on your off weeks to promote energy, and not crash. If it's your first time also I wouldn't even consider going over 160... Me I went to 200, with T3 and from now on when I do Clen , I don't need to ramp up to my max , I just jump right into 120-140 and slowly increase.

Just don't do HiiT or you will die... I tried it once for few mins and got up to 190 Beats per min.. scary shit
 
High Intensity Interval Training, pretty much a way to get your heart rate up, look it up. For example you'd go on a treadmill start at speed 6 miles , than after 1 min go to 10 mile for another min. After that min back to 6 ... and after another min back to 10 or if you want 10.5 and you do this for example for 10 to 20 mins in total. You simply put keep shocking your body by sprinting, and your heart rate goes up a lot , and than resting again. So your body rather than conserving fat to be used for energy ( If your jogging ) uses up it's fat reserves because it see's this "sprint" as an emergency of sorts.

That's my own interpretation though, and I may be wrong about the last part.

Ohhhh, ok........I'm familiar with that training method....I use it all the time.

Will clen speed up my heart rate too much? Most of my training is hardcore Anaerobic exercise......so clen seems to sound like it wouldn't be a good choice for me?

I've used Ephedrine in the past during high intensity lacrosse games as well as in the gym working out really hard.

Can I expect clen to behave in a similar manner?

Make sure to supplement with Taurine and water oe you will cramp....Same w/Potassium.

Clen will decrease your cardio capacity. So, H.I.T (High Intensity Training) ie 30-1 min sprints with rest periods, at certain intensity levels, will do. May also decrease w/o intensity and recovery.

Diet-keep your protein high and up. Carbs and fat depending on individual.
 
what is your goal? I would incorporate it after weeks of dieting when you have hit a plateau in fat loss.
start around 40mcgs and increase to 100-120mcgs within the 2 weeks. take 2 weeks off and repeat. You can also do 1 week on and 1 week off.
