I was just curious as to what things you have seen that motivated you or gave you a new perspective.
There is a guy at the gym where I stay in the summers who has some form of a nervous disorder. It might be Parkinson't or Cereberal Palsy I'm not sure. He comes into the gym and it seriously takes him a minute or two to walk 40 feet, he is still in there working out. He doesn't feel sorry for himself, he is not letting anything get in his way. He has to use a walker just to get around and he knows people are looking at him, but he still comes in and works out. THAT is strength! The first time I saw him it put tears in my eyes it motivated me so much. I swear to God I wanted to go give him a hug. Then I see these lazy ass able bodied people saying they have a glandular disorder or they can't find the time. He embodies everything good in the world. I just wanted to share that, so maybe if you are dreading working out today you will realize how good you have it. Don't take it for granted. Peace.
