I remember around the time of the OJ case listening to Howard Stern. He had someone go onto the street and ask blacks if OJ was guilty or innocent. Of course most said he was innocent. Then he asked why they thought he was innocent. The two most common answers were "I don't know" and "He doesn't look like a murderer". What a bunch of morons...

DAEO,the race card was not an issue there because oj was a celebrity before and he is high profile and he also had some pretty strong evidence against him.If he had been an average joe black guy he would of been convicted and be on death row because money talks and it takes $$$ to get the dream team that they assembled to prove that beyond a reasonable doubt your client is innocent. PHANTOM I do not take offense to what you said so no need to apoligize but I thank you all the same. This talk of race wars is intresting but I hope that it never happens because there will never be any winners!! I have not seen the UNC study but I am familiar with the statistics about the higher likelihood of a black to be given a death sentence.

I wish the study had included economic makeup of those who were given the death penaly vs. those who were not. Sometimes things that are split along race lines are also split along economic lines....which may in fact be the root cause.

I don't think you've watched the trial. THEIR REASONABLE DOUBT WAS THAT THE WHOLE LAPD WAS RACIST!!! Therefore all of the evidence was not applicable. How fucking absurd. They played the race card. If you see it any other way your a fucking moron!!!
