in 2000, CA passed prop 22, which stated that a marriage was between a man and a woman. Now, that stated, it becomes law. what i don't get is this:

why aren't the people, who are allowing the marriages to happen, arrested?

even if you think it's the dumbest law, it doesn't matter because it's law. bottom line.

until gay marriages become officially legalized, then i don't understand why people are getting away with breaking the law.

marriges need to actually have soem restrictions put on them. no more of this get married, file for divorce a month later, whole thing is over in 7 months bullshit. put some time limits in place, and make divorces FAIR, not bullshit "she gets 3/4 of everything because she was there" bullshit (or vice-versa).
