What helps make stronger bones?

Sounds more like you need to start working your wrist flexors and extensors a little bit more rather than worrying about your bones. Unless your 60 years old your bones should be fine. Ask around of how many peoples grip will give out before their arms and back. I think forearms are probably one of the most UNDERTRAINED part of the body. Work on that and I'll bet ya a cold one you'll see a big difference.
