My bones dont seem to be able to handle the weights that I use. I can curl more than Ive been doing, but my forearms and wrists start to hurt when I do. This is holding me back alot. Anyone have the same problem? What can I take for this?

How about increasing bone density. Dont some steroids help in the absorption of calcium into the bones?

Yes, some steroids do cause an increae in bone density or calcium uptake, some decrease density. Not sure anymore which does which. But i believe test increses density, and d-ball has the ability to decrease, nondrolone also can increase and so on.

Most likely it's not the bones, but tendons that hurt. I had same problem for some time with both elbows, then stop pushing too hard myself on all the pushing exercises for about two month, start all my exersices with 2-3 warm up sets, and elbows catch up.
You may want start training your forearms on separate days, but do it very slowly.

Sure, it's called.

MILK

:)

Actually, I have the same problems when working arms. Regardless if I am on a cycle or not.

I use a good wrist tensor bandage and it's more or less diminshed over the last few months.

bone is genetic..now supplementing with calcium wouldnt be a bad idea but you cant INCREASE bone strength..
Yes you can. Simple stressing a bone, given good nutrition and a healthy body, will increase bone strength and density.

The close friend of mine had same problems with forearms. He took someone's advice and start training with SuperGripper, first 2 times a week, now he uses it almost every day. His problems are long gone, and I'm afraid to shake his hand, he likes stupid crushing jokes now.

That's one of the sites that sell it, but if you run search you surely will find more:

I got mine in fitness store, not even online.

Of course Ive been drinking alot of milk lately and plan on supplementing calcium as well, but What about a sust eq cycle. Will that help increase, decrease or keep bone density the same?
