hey guys,
up until yesterday i hadnt weighed my self in weeks and, you guessed it by the length, i have somewhat of a story.
about 13 weeks ago i finished up a cycle of gear that had debatable potency, and just as everyone here has experienced, i sufferred post cycle, "im withering away" syndrome. anyway, about a month ago i decided it was time to seriously re-evaluate my diet, as i was becoming increasingly frightened of losing weight.
i had always thought my diet was pretty sound, i thought i got in plenty of calories, protein, and carbs, with moderate amounts of fat. i felt full all day long so i didnt think there was anything else i could do. well as i said at the beginning, about a month ago, i grew scared to weigh myself, just because of the fact that my day (or week) would be ruined if i saw the scale drop even a 1/2 pound.
so re-evaluate my diet i did.
i added 2 full meals to my routine, forcing myself to wake up once in the middle of the night. i began eating until i was beyond full, almost vomitting and surely gagging at nearly every meal. for the remainder of my diet, i decided to clean up those other meals, to make up for any increased fat coming in from the new 2 meals, to try and keep fat gain to a minimum. since then ive been getting compliments like there was no tomorrow. this was one month ago.
i am happy to say that yesterday i weighed myself, as i will be beginning a cycle this week and would like to know where im starting from. from one month ago (8 weeks post cycle) to now one month later (12 weeks post cycle), i have gained 9 pounds, training completely naturally. of course my bodyfat has gone up a little bit, but i feel safe saying that out of the 9 pounds, about 3 pounds of it has been fat gain.
i know this is long winded so ill wrap it up.
my point here fellas is that diet is such an intimate partner of bodybuilding. without the proper diet, our paintaking efforts in the gym are in vain. it is my guess that 90-95% of people in this board who arent gaining weight, or losing weight quickly post cycle, can be blamed with shortchanging their diets. do yourselves a favor and get in touch with beezers, yum, nautica, golfer, twitched, (i know there are others im just naming off the top of my head), or myself so we can help you with a better diet and open up the door to real gains.
