no you can ask, i am not sure if anyone knows exactly. he had some psychological/emotional issues and got really out of line with a lot of people on the board.. but I don't know any specifics.
 
yeah, he and I didn't always see eye to eye, but he added a different perspective to the board. he just went over the top and got personal sometimes.
