I have quite the list today so I am definately adding my gear grinders.

1)lets start this shit right from 3am wake up, no fucking perk coffee in the house so I have instant which is shitty.

2) I get to work to find out someone just didnt show up when they are only an extra on weekends anyway,thats for fucking those of us who have just worked all week then the weekend,now we have to finish late

3)the mexicans who work at the farm,speak no english and just say yes and smile all the time,meanwhile understanding nothing and trying to be all cute and foreign and giggly when you give them shit.

4) this one hot girl for wearing perfume into the barn this morning which overpowered the cow shit making me think about how good she smelt and how hot she was in turn making me hard

5) just as im walking out of work said person who did not show up for work this morning shows up and was like oh was I on the schedule today? NO FUCKING SHIT LADY

6) my buddy fucking off when we had plans this afternoon to go trap and skeet shooting,son of a bitch I could have had other plans

7) my shitty plumber who couldnt put the tap back together right so now it leaks,and guess what,I dont have the special attachment to take it apart and fix it.

He wants to break his lease claiming he's broke and wants to sublet. I see that his car was damaged and asked him about it and he tells me he needs to pay a 1000$ deductable to have it fixed"
I was like "what, why is the deductable so high? How much are u paying for car insurance?
he says "2300 a yr"
Mine is 800$ a yr with a 250 deductable. Insurance in my province is not high.
So I said "well you must have a very bad record or many accidence"
He was like "just one?"
He's so full of shit. He's 50 yrs old and unless he's a HIGH risk driver, there is no way his insurance would be that high.
He wants me to feel bad for him to let him out of his lease.
I've been a landlord for over 15 yrs and heard every story in the book.
OH and I found out he also lied on his initial application.
He also wanted a fridge out of his empty garage so gives it to me. Why would he care about a fridge cluttering up his EMPTY garage if he's saying he's moving.
He is trying to play the sympathy card so I lower his rent.
I hate liars!
