What gives? Where's the strength?

This is day 10 of the following cycle:

dbol 25mgs weeks 1-12
Test 500mgs weeks 1-12
EQ 400mgs weeks 1-12
adex .5, 2days on, one day off

I've gained like 6-7 pounds so far but my strength has been lagging. I was expecting more gain/strength.. What gives? Am I expecting too much (I just heard so many crazy things about dbol)? Should I up the calories?

Maybe it's mental but I'm on day six of D-bol and test (25/day as well) and I'm already feeling diff in strength. How's diet?

Diet is good, eating 7 means a day, every 2.5 hours. About 3500 calories and 275-300 grams of protein, I was 165 before I started the cycle (now 172). I mean I have seen some strength gains but not as much as I though.
 
Shit.. I just reread your post. Its day ten right. Those are just dbol gains so far. You will notice the test around week three and the EQ around week six from my past experinces.

Yeah it's day 10 and I'm up about 6-7 pounds (I hope not too much water because of the adex). I defenitely can notice a difference in the mirror, not so much in the weight room. Was hoping I'd be throwing around more weight in the gym by now.

You'll be moving it soon enough. Just keep eating and pushing yourself harder!
 
yah as said above after 10 days you wont notice either of the other components of this cycle...if you still dont notice any strength gains after week 5 then i might get alittle worried

God I hope so. Is 6 pounds pretty good so far? Should I up the calories.

Thanks for all the advice guys. This board is great! Not sure what I'd do without it.
 
6 lbs in 10 days is awesome bro, can't ask for much better. Just sit back and enjoy the ride, the big gains will be here in no time.
 
exactly...patience.....itll come.....dbol isnt a miracle drug....im my experience those are the exact gains you can expect from dbol....youll start seeing more noticable stuff in another 10 days though....
