What Exercises You Do For Back Width..list Them Here

I already have a wide back, but i want to see what everyone does to widen there back. right now i do wide grip pull downs and wide grip chins. what do all of you do?

I don't have a t-bar so thats no good for me. i do rows sometimes with a barbell in the corner of a room with weight on one end, its like tbar rows, except your hands ar close together. i mainly feel this is working on thickness in the middle of my back. Anyone else got any ideas?

Here's another one

Bent over Barbell rows w/ palms facing away from you. This was one of Dorian's favorites I believe.

Seated cable rows work pretty well too....
 
Personally i think of deads as my one of my thickness exercises, but maybe thatrs just me. bent over barbell rows i don't really know about, seems kinda thickening to me also. the seated cable sounds right though, with a pretty wide grip, palms down. I might add those, thanks. Anyone else got an opinion?

yea bro this may sound wrong to u, but it works, add in narrow grip pulldowns or some narrow grip exercises to widen ur lats, the reasoning behind this is that u get a full extension as opposed to only half with a wide grip, focus on the full stretch of the muscle and ur lats will widen
 
well I read once, that wide grip pull exersizes (such as rows) will help to make you wider, where as close grip exersizes will make you thicker... b/c wide grip works the muscles closest to the outside of your lats where as close works inner... (did that make sense?)

I believe this was a Men's Health factoid.
 
theres 2 grips on the t bar, do you guys prefer the straight grip or the grip where your palms are turned in a bit more.
