I've seen cutting cycles consisting of grams of test and eq, winny and fina.
But what exactly is a cutting cycle?
My definition of a cutting cycle is losing bodyfat while maintaining LBM.
Anabolics do not burn fat very effectively, they build muscle. It's a fact, diet and cardio should be the backbone of a "cutting cycle". Drugs such as T-3 and clen are more effective than steroids at burning fat.
Lowering caloric intake is the FASTEST and most effective way to burn fat. Unfortunetely, lowering calories to an effective fat burning level is catabolic. That's where steroids come in.
AS should be used ONLY with the goal of maintaining LBM in a cutting cycle.
Trying to gain muscle on a caloric deficit is stupid and hazardous to your health.
Instead of using a bulking cycle as an excuse to eat junk food 8 times a day and blow up like a blimp, some of you should try to eat clean. You should be eating the same types of food on a bulk or cut cycle, but caloric intake should differ as well as training.
Here's my idea of a cutting cycle for a smaller sized bodybuilder( 180-200lbs)
W1---No drugs!!! Eat 2700 clean calories, cardio 3X 30mins
W2---No drugs!!! Eat 2700 clean calories, cardio 3X 45mins
W3---No drugs!!! Eat 2600 clean calories, cardio 3-4X 45mins
W4---No drugs!!! Eat 2600 clean calories, cardio 3-4X 45mins
W5---Clen-2400 cals
W6---Clen-2400 cals
W7---OFF---BTG Ox 10 mg ed--T3 12.5-25mcg-- 2200 cals
W8---OFF---BTG Ox 15 mg ed--T3 25mcg-37.5mcg-- 2200 cals
