Personally, I think they're TWO very separte lifestyle choices. I have friends that would rather stay up late and smoke ... on the other hand, I go to bed at a decent hour to recover from my workouts.
It's most likely guaranteed in the long run, someone that smokes versus someone that's dedicated to the BB lifestlye the one that doesn't smoke (anything, no drugs...) will be much more developed in every way.
It's a choice... you can combine the two, you just won't get to where you want to be in the fastest possible time span I'm sure.
