i was running ipam at 100mcg before bed on my last cycle that ended in april, and bumped it to 300mcg through PCT, and have been using it every day at 300. iv noticed i have maintained my lean-ness, strength, i am very rarely tired except for right before bed time, and i feel good. vascular too.
i am keeping it at 300 through this next cycle because i like it so much, and i think it will have awesome synergy with the test. i will probably start a log when i start
oh and i am going for a very slow/lean bulk. if i add 10-15 lbs in the 10 weeks, and maybe another 5 lbs by next spring, i will run another 10 weeks and cut during it, and if this time next year i am 5-10 lbs more, and leaner than i am now, i will have considered it a successful year.
