Do a search for the thread. It was a classic pwnage, but aap used to just come on here and bitch nonstop about how he just kept getting walked all over by the girls he was dating, or trying to date.

Most guys go through an SWV phase, for the lucky ones its just once and they actually pay attention to the lessons learned.

Some guys go through an extended SWV phase.

Some guys are just permanent SWVs without hope of recovery.

I went through one really bad SWV phase, it was chronicled here on the boards in great detail.

you fucker...i been scraping to get a meal here the last two months. values have taken a shit everywhere in FL. i'm closing a whoopty fuckin do 90k loan today....and the bank cut most of my fees.

do you have any client retention software/program in place? Like to send out mailers etc to your past clients? I'm really bad about that...i have clients i closed and i never spoke to in a long ass time. most of them when i was a scrub LO and knew nothing...but still.

I've always kept my clients' info on file. I send birthday cards, newsletters, shit like that. I didn't keep everything when I was with FSL, because I was more of an account rep for the "A" paper LO's. The customers were theirs. Hindsight, I should have kept it, but whatever. FL's taken a huge shit. You should get licensed in OR and WA if you're looking for a market that's doing well. You can just take online courses to get the license. Pretty easy.


LOL. I just got a referral halfway through typing this. Purchase that has to be done in 2 weeks. $390K.

I like it just fine. Helps me relax.

There are some songs that remind me of rolling or my previous blowing of the lineage, but it doesn't get to me.

yeah....that's what i'm talking about. but how do you do it? that shit is time consuming. do you have a program setup that automates it or an assistant to do it?i found a couple of places online that manage all that crap....but if i can do it myself withotu too much hassle then it's cool.

my buddy just closed a couple of OR deals....i'm going to start hitting different states once i get signed up with my new net branch. UT, NM, NC, OR, WA plan to be a focus of mine...maybe AZ too. i need to diversify :)

I just put in my outlook calendar whenever I take an app. I'm sure there are better ways to do it, but it's been working. NM is a pain to lend in. I think they have APR issues and prepay issues. I forget what exactly, but the last place I was at spent a ton on marketing there and it was a waste.
