what does it take to become a chat board mod

i am thinking that i might make a serious run for the next batch of mods who george will hopefully pick soon. i was wondering what it takes to become a chat board mod. you really dont need to know about anything related to fitness or a.s....mods please chime in, i appreciate all responses....

I hear the mod initiation is brutal. From what I understand atleast 3 of the mods have to witness you become intimate with a farm animal. Only then will you obtain the great power of locking down threads. Good luck

well you do seem to be one of the more popular mods around here...obviously you saw the godfather post...thats gotta count for something right there...feel free to throw some kind words to george about myself...i am still not sure about becoming a mod though...
