What does anxiety feel like to you?

Inositol is great for high anxiety. I used to take it when my anxiety was raging.

Works quickly and effectively. Takes anxiety down about 3 to 4 points on 10 point scale.

Clinical experiments have demonstrated its efficacy in treating depression, panic and other related type anxiety disorders. Its no panacea, but I would highly recommend it to take the edge off.

It's funny but when I'm really anxious I'm more irrational and nuts than you could ever begin to guess. Thankfully I'm doing really great with that sort of thing now because it used to be horrid.
 
i got all that stuff

inostitol aint helpin, l-theanine aint helpin

generally speakin it is makin me feel better but I dont think it helps in extreme situtations wheere I need it.

I have weird phobias though, one second I can go up to any fine girl and get the number and everything another second im afraid to ask a girl what time it is whos standing right by me

also stuff like job interviews, I think I cant really handle pressure well from other people

I can play it off cool most of the time but inside Im like blowing up


tommorow I'm gonna do a little trick and take like 20 inositol capsules with maybe 10 or so l-theanine capsules to see where that puts me

But mainly aniety is when no matter what you do or think about.. you keep thinking that everything is wrong in the world.. your life is fucked beyond repair... and suicide seems like a great way to get rid of the feeling.

The physcial effects can be pretty bad. It's called the great mimicker because anxiety mimicks so many diseases.

Sounds like you have a bit of social anxiety.

Are most of your difficult situations, socially related? Presentations? Interviews? Speaking to authority figures? Recurring self-consciousness in public situations? Shopping mall, in class, ect?


If so, most of the answers you're looking for aren’t going to be found in tablet form, my man.

Meds, herbal or pharmalogical, can help to a certain extent, but represent an indirect route to recovery. And often times, not a guaranteed one.

This type of problem usually has a lot more to do with how you think than being genetically controlled. Although there is usually a biological predisposition to it.
 
buspar and if it is really bad take benzos(xanax,valium,klonopin).

:yawn: they all will make you drowsy.

don't take paxil, fda just released a warning not to long ago that it could cause suicidal thoughts.

Therapy-wise, cognitive behavioral therapy is suppose to be good for anxiety.
