What do you want to improve or change in your fitness regime in 2009 and why ?

Bigger Stronger Faster

My goals are to add 75 pounds to both my squat and dead and to add 50 pounds to both my bench and military press.

20 pounds of LBM

And to get serious about my sprint training.
 
I need strength gains. I look stronger than I am. Other guy's chests are smaller and less full than mine but they rep 225 on bench. I'm so weak, I don't even do that. *sigh*
 
- Drop at least another 10% bf
- Increase LBM
- Increase Upper Body Strength
- Get Gamma Ray Poisoning that cause me to turn into a monster when my heart rate raises too high.
