Wondering what everyone likes pre-workout for that extra boost of energy and focus? Currently I’m using 5 hour energy split in half. I drink half the shot before workout and half after workout and prtein shake. It seems to be working fairly well for me, but I know this stuff isn’t good for you. What has caught my eye recently is these powerchews – pre-workout chews. Anyone have any experience with these or something else? Looking for that extra boost mainly…
