everything looks great except I would cut the winstrol back to 6 weeks to give your system a break,running the equipoise @600mgs is ideal but I would run it for a minimum of 14 weeks to get it's full benefits........the test also but ran @400 as you stated.

You'd be ok for at least 8 weeks if you inject it. If you monitor your liver you can probably even go 10 weeks safely. It IS easier on your liver if you inject.

that depends entirely on your diet

you can cut on anadrol. ALL steroids will cut. shit i have a budy who is cutting on dbol and test as we speak. cutting is 100% diet. the drugs you mentioned have low estrogenic sides e.g. bloating an gyno. we like to call these drugs "cutting agents" but i believe it is a misnomer. but yes you can cut on these and as mentioned previously i would not run winstrol 11 weeks. 6 weeks is plenty. better to up the dose and run shorter duration. winstol fucked up my liver values!!!

With the W!nny you could go 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, and 4 weeks on again. It won't be a problem running it through week 12 even though you wouldn't have taken a shot for ever a week. The long acting esters will still be in your body
