I am 5'10"...235. I am super fat right now, just came off an injury and in the middle of a bulk cycle to gain back some mass and power. Please be nice! but honest.

believe me, I wish I did not weigh 235.

I have been out of the gym for about 6 months (shoulder injury, school).

I know I am not defined but that is really not what I am going for. I want to be cut, but not too ripped. I compete in power lifting comps. and I would lose if I lost a lot. I want to be thick and have good symetry. My legs and back are not that visable from the picture and those are by far my best. That is where most of my weight comes from

If you consider this "superfat", then you might as well give it up now because you'll never be happy. I think you look great man, especially for someone coming off an injury.

I know I'm not "super fat" but many of the people that look at these pics are body builders, not power lifters.

I know I am not cut, but I can't be that way and still be competitive in power.

That was my initial thought because I am 5'10 @ 215 and I would say I'm bigger than you. I'm not saying I dont believe you, it's just a bad pic, that's all. It's just hard to tell from that picture.

I think you are looking good for coming back from an injury and being in the middle of a bulk cycle. Keep up the good work and good luck with that cycle. What are your goals with your current cycle??
 
My curent goals are to:

1. Get my power back
2. Get around 245 lbs @ 13-14% bf

Remember, I am NOT a body builder....rather a power lifter!

I was thinking of trying Anadrol....

This may sound dumb, but I am afraid of gaining too much weight..or muscle that will just fall off when my cycle is over.
I have had excellent, sustained gains with deca/eq/sus.
Any suggestions are helpful.

i think you look great and once you get back into it, you should come around in no time with respect to your weight and stength. Youve got great "building blocks" to start with!

The word you are looking for is "FAT"......and that is a common misconception. A little "fun fat" (as BM so eloquently explained to me) is good for strength......but you dont need to be obese. Go to a pl meet and look at the lighter lifters......they come in ripped and hard as hell.

hey guys, do you ever watch those strong man competitions on tv? do y'all know wout zijlstra? now, that guy is pretty ripped (well, for a powerlifter anyway)! but anyway, I saw it again a while ago and there was this really FAT dude, all fat, no muscle at all and he competed! I hate seeing that. I can't remember his name but he really looked like shit.
 
In Strongman comps extra bulk is actually helpful....just ask Bfold.

If I'm not mistaken Bfold and several of the big powerlifters get alot of compliments from the ladies so maybe what they are doing isnt so wrong. Fortunately the whole world isnt so vain as to go judging people solely on their bodyfat percentage.

nononono, you're getting me all wrong here! i'm just saying he looked like shit compared to the others, you really have to see him to understand what i'm talking about. i've seen bfold and there's nothing wrong with him. it's just that that particular dude looked like he never worked out in his life and that's what bothered me. i'm really not vain you know.
 
definitely snap another shot off. From those pics I would agree with others that you do not look 235. maybe 205.

defintely more pics. a little distance too.

you look strong, you want to cut more fat out and get stronger? anavar and fina would work good.
