So I am about to do 3 10mg pills of winstrol a day. I'm getting it from a friend but who knows. Says he can get anything. Anyway..
I am 6' about 205 lbs with about 12% body fat on an average week. I am 29 years old and once played D1 football. At 21 I did 8 weeks of sus 250mg / week and by week 5 I made some big strength gains eating tons of protien bars and salads with an hour workout (weights) 6 days a week sometimes twice a day. The side effects of sus were crazy.. Lost my hair on my head, grew hair on my back, and about a year after getting off it I started growing tumors and now I have like 60 of them all over. I have plans to get them taken out.
I have read up on many different steroids to use and the effects and so on however as many of you say there are a lot of variations of what is said to be fact. My goals are for major strength gains without so-much size growth. I'm big enough for what I wanna do. I have always been able to gain or lose weight but my strength seems to max out. I'd like to get a little more serious about MMA. I eat what ever I want and usually go out to resturants almost every day. I love Pastas, sea food, chicken, steak, and if Im not eating out I cook something at home with rice, and veggies at every meal. I drink lots of energy drinks with tons of vitimns and a xL weight watchers shakes about twice a day. I do landscaping/outside work all day, I hit the gym with 30 min cardio and 60 min or so with weights 3 times a week inbetween my BJJ classes 3 times a week. I eat tons of Potassium suppliments and some others as well. I dont really have much of a problem with cutting weight down when I really want to. I am doing okay with results but I know I can be an elite athlete with some help. For instance I use to run a 4.4 40 with a 33" vert and 225 9 times for a white guy. Right now I'm stuck at 4.8 - 4.9 and @ a 25" vert and 225 press 0 times but I can lift 2 sets of 205 4-5 times... lol. I just dont seem to get any stronger no matter what regiment of workout plan I do. Lower weights more reps or heavier weight less reps are both failing to make my body respond anymore.
