This isn't for me, for some reason my mom gave the package to me and told me a coworker wanted me to find out more about it. Not sure what else there is but oppinions and observations.
So far to me it seems like anyother snack, with puffed rice and corn making up its majority of composition, the good ingredients seem to be added just to be on the label to make it seem healthy. Its basically a regular puffed rice/corn snack fortified w/ vitamins?
Think thats what I should say? or am I missing something that does make it decent for the non weight lifter health orientated type (actually she lifts weights but not for the pure mass). Any other flaws in it I could point out? Thanks
