What do you think of this program?

Hey folks,

Was hoping to get your opinions on this training program I found on basskilleronline.... specifically, what your thoughts are about this program while on AAS - would it yield good growth?

http://www.basskilleronline.com/4day_training.html

Second.... How important is time off from the gym while "on"? I know that it's important to take adequate time off to allow muscle rest and ultimately growth, but I've heard that you can afford to take less time off each week while "on" because muscles recover faster.

Typically, I train 3 days, one day off, then train 2 days, one day off... should I stick with this routine or train an extra day?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

I knew I could count on your advice bro! I thought it was pretty interesting too.... was thinking of trying it... just wanted to make sure it was a size-promoting routine as opposed to just strength / toning....

Thanks!

Any other opinions?

I think this depends on the individual...i used to do alot of reps in the 8-12 range but mostly in the 5-8 range..i started the UD2 where it starts you off going as high as 15 reps..and let me tell you..i grew like a weed off of it...Some people grow nicely off of low reps, some off of high reps..granted that the program (UD2) starts you off high at the start of the week (mon/tues) then Thursday is a semi heavy day (6-12) then on Saturday its the heavy day (3-5)...i find that for ME this works well with my body...going high/mid/low is incredable. As far as for the exercises its like the 5X5 and the UD2..just picks compound movements which have been proven to work nicely when it comes to adding on mass...
