6-7lbs only on 1-AD!!!
Not sure where you heard that but I would beg to differ. From the research I've done the minimum you can expect to put on is 6-7lb.
I am starting my third week today and I weighed in at 188lbs at training today, I started at 180lbs. That's 8lb in 2 weeks, pretty awesome i reckon.
I feel good, feel strong and get helleva pump. Of course it may work on me better than others but I'm well impressed so far.
